This is my favorite time of the month. Staring at the news stand, admiring the new additions. All vying for your attention, they scream out to you silently saying, "Pick me! Pick me!" Your eye instantly gets attracted to one of them. Is it the one with bright, bold colors or the one with a simple white background that suggests freshness and simplicity? That inviting smile from the cover girl/guy makes it even harder to resist. Cover stories perfectly phrased to make you want to know more...
Ah yes! The power of a cover is indescribable. It tells you the story of what to expect inside with just a glance of the eye. Magazines have always been a joy for me so I decided that from now on, I will be posting my favorite local mags of the month.
